Excellent experience and I will be eternally grateful to Judy & Arthur & the entire staff who saw me through my journey to LASTING recovery. I was 54 when I started & had just about given up on achieving sobriety for more than a few days...now nearly 8 years of continuous & solid sobriety later, I remain in contact with Lasting Recovery--they offer support & outreach to everyone, unlike any other treatment center! They're the only ones in San Diego to offer a wide variety of options for meetings beyond the 12-step model of AA (which just didn't fit me--and they honored that!), including weekly (or more) meetings of Refuge Recovery, LifeRing Secular Recovery, Women for Sobriety--for anyone in the community! along with alumni groups for graduates. PLEASE reach out to them...it's never too late to get your sober self back...or maybe meet him/her for the first time. You deserve a clean & sober Life, not the hellish existence of addiction.

Judy Saalinger does a wonderful job connecting with people in recovery and is very dedicated to her role as a therapist and alcohol/drug educator. She designed her curriculum around her book which is highly effective in reducing fears in early recovery. Her program is sound, supportive, and effective for those who work their program. For the personal attention she offers clients, the price is reasonable and I highly recommend her treatment facility for those concerned about confidentiality as it's in an anonymous office environment. I used to work there and I believe strongly in her mission and purpose.
