I shipped several boxes from my sister's house in Carlsbad to my home in TN. We marked the appropriate ones as fragile. They were all pretty heavy. Unfortunately, one of the boxes appeared to have been dropped. A one of a kind baking dish was broken. I filed a claim and sent pictures. After about a month, my claim was settled. Because the dish was an artist piece, UPS sent me a check for an estimate of the value. The amount was fair and reasonable. Although the dish can not be replaced, the kindness and helpfulness of the representatives at the Carlsbad store was remarkable.

This place saved my life and introduced me to a whole new way of living. Extremely caring and well managed facility made me feel spoiled and pampered, which was awesome. I was on a great schedule while I was there and did more self reflection and improvement in my 30 days than I have in my entire life. Food was amazing and every staff member was professional and genuinely cared. I think everyone in the world would be a better person if they were to go through their 30 day program with an honest effort. I'll never forget you guys and highly recommend the program for anyone suffering from addiction and alcoholism. I'm forever grateful to you guys and am finally starting down a respectable and sober path. Love always, Robert!

A gorgeous recovery home with an ambience of peace and serenity. The staff had everything from a chef to even professional musician offering therapy that provided so much more than a rehab center. Innovation of recovery centers in San Diego North County, very refreshing.
